Nagvis not HTML 5.0 Complaint - Mp3 plugins not working

    Is anyone else having issue getting the MP3 to alert in the background. I can duplicate the error on multiple setups and they work on others.


    OS - WIN10

    Browser Firefox 52 ESR
    Plug in VLC Player 2.2.4
    64 bit and 32 bit

    Forgot to say I am using the Firefox ESR edition which still can use plug-ins. Firefox 53 is now NPAPI and will not work with Nagvis Audio alerts at all.
