Unable to fetch URL

#1

Modified map CSV file and now we are getting an error with the following

Unable to fetch URL “http://geomap.nagvis.org/?module=map&bbox=-78.020667,40.743093,-75.7260478,39.389339&width=1024&height=768&type=mapnik&geomap_zoom=200”.

The geomap needs to be able to fetch some data from the internet via webservice API. Please take a look at the docs for more details.

file_get_contents(http://geomap.nagvis.org/?module=map&bbox=-78.020667,40.743093,-75.7260478,39.389339&width=1024&height=768&type=mapnik&geomap_zoom=200): failed to open stream: Connection timed out

Undid changes to the file and it is still throwing the error. Any help would be appreciated. I confirmed we can resolve geomap.nagvis from the server.

Nagvis version 1.7.10

Please note that the (web) process has a different environment than a user being logged in.

Could this be a permissions issue (e.g. proxy)?

#3

That was the issue, we had the server pointed to a proxy and the proxy was removed from our environment so when trying to grab the updated map it was going to a null route. After removing the proxy we now get the following error. We need upgrade to version 1.9.10

Got invalid response from “http://geomap.nagvis.org/?module=map&width=1024&height=768&type=mapnik&zoom=200¢er=-76.8733574,40.066216&bboxReturnFormat=csv”. This is mostly caused by an unhandled request.

#4

And you are sure that upgrading resolves the issue?

#5

Upgrading didn’t resolve the issue it was commenting out the proxy config that we had in previously. Now we are having a new issue which is.

Got invalid response from "[U]. This is mostly caused by an unhandled request.
