Icinga 2 Windows Agent for Windows Server Core installations

Helle there,

is there any chance to install the icinga 2 agent on a windows server without GUI?

I did not find any documentation about that.

thank you very much for any help.

Have never installed the Icinga 2 agent on a core host, but I would assume that just running the installer will work.
At least it does for the NSClient++, for example, just running the .msi from the command line gets me the normal installation dialogue.

Oh, cool - that was easy in an unexpected way.
I copied the installer to the server and then opened an administrator powershell:

msiexec.exe /i Icinga2-v2.10.4-x86_64.msi

After that, the installer showed up as usual.
